Job summary

You will lead safety culture, manage subcontractors and site operations, develop work plans, coordinate meetings, monitor schedule and budget, and collaborate with owners, design teams and authorities to close out projects.

Qualifications

• Communication skills, verbal and written (Intermediate).
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Understanding of construction management fundamentals and planning processes.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to ensure an injury‑free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and organize overall job and workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self‑performed work.
• Coordinate and manage care and control of the project site.
