You will review payroll and claims data, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide clients. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in insurance operations or regulatory affairs, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years business experience, preferably in insurance operations, compliance, claims, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong office and math skills; proficient with MS Word, Excel, Access and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to organize, set priorities, meet multiple deadlines, work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare workers' compensation self-insurance regulatory filings.
• Prepare and manage auto liability self-insurance regulatory filings.
• Maintain accurate records of state self-insurance filings.
• Prepare and review payroll and claim data from RMIS systems.
• Prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and provide guidance.
