Aon is seeking an Insurance Client Service Specialist to join our Bloomington/Richfield, MN hybrid team. You will support US business for Canadian clients, assisting account executives and brokers on daily client services and related processes.

Primary duties include coordinating with Aon Client Services, handling invoicing and collections, and contributing to renewals while learning the technical aspects of the role. Aon offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in client/customer support, preferably in insurance.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist account management on assigned accounts and client support processes.
• Coordinate with ACS to ensure key processes are performed effectively.
• Process invoices, receivables, and collections; monitor income leakage reports.
• Maintain open items across multiple projects for clients.
• Support renewal processes and collaborate with Brokers as needed.
