Job summary

Aon is seeking a Risk Consultant in Bloomington, MN for a hybrid role (2–3 days onsite weekly) focused on self-insurance compliance and regulatory filings, including workers' compensation and auto liability programs. You will manage state filings, payroll and claims data, and provide client guidance while supporting cross-selling of compliance products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business experience; self-insurance compliance or related fields preferred.
• Strong office and math skills; proficient with MS Word, Excel, Access, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare workers' compensation self-insurance regulatory filings.
• Prepare and manage auto liability self-insurance regulatory filings.
• Maintain records of state self-insurance filings.
• Prepare/review payroll and claim data from RMIS and claims systems.
• Prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
• Log information and maintain databases.
• Prepare correspondence and forms for state regulatory agencies.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; provide guidance.
• Assist with sale and cross-selling of compliance products.
• Work in a team environment.
