Aon is seeking a Health Solutions Analyst/Consultant in Bloomington, MN to support the Lead Consultant on client assignments and, when needed, act as Lead Consultant with project management responsibilities. You will collaborate with the client Account Executive to execute strategy and manage select projects.

The role requires 2+ years in group health and benefits, strong analytics, and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the group health and benefits industry with a strong working knowledge of benefits and services offered to clients.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Consultant on client assignments and may act as Lead Consultant, owning project management and client delivery.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and oversee client team.
• Collaborate with Account Executive to execute strategy and special projects.
• Conduct plan document review and analyze data.
• Coach and guide junior staff.
