Job summary

Aon is seeking an Insurance Client Service Specialist to join our Bloomington/Richfield MN hybrid team. You will support US business tied to our Canadian client desk, assisting Account Executives and Associate Account Executives on assigned accounts and managing key client service processes with accuracy and professionalism.

Applicants should have 1+ year in a client-facing role in insurance, MS Office proficiency, strong organization, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client/customer support role, preferably in insurance.
• Property/Casualty license preferred; if not licensed, must obtain within six months of start date.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multi-task.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the account management team on assigned accounts and day-to-day client support processes.
• Coordinate with Aon Client Services (ACS) and ensure key processes are performed effectively.
• Interface on administration matters such as invoicing, receivables and collections; review income leakage as needed.
• Maintain open items lists on various projects for assigned clients.
• Help with endorsements, audits, certificates of insurance, and policy transmittals; assist renewals with brokers.
