Qualifications

• 2 years of self-generated mortgage origination/sales experience required.
• Knowledge of home lending processes including processing, underwriting, closing, and funding.

Responsibilities

• Originate self-generated residential mortgages and expand referral networks.
• Develop and execute business development and marketing plans to meet production standards.
• Interview borrowers, analyze financial data, and gather documents for disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
