Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service to customers.

• Assist customers with Self-checkout usage and hand scanner procedures.
• Monitor self-checkout stations and ensure proper item scanning and bagging.
• Complete self-checkout voids and age-restricted verifications per Front End Standard Practice.
• Follow procedures for payment processing and coupon handling.
• Maintain a neat and clean self-checkout area and assist customers as needed.
• Report any self-checkout issues to management and adhere to all store policies.
