Smile and provide prompt, friendly service while engaging customers.
Greet each customer and use their name when possible.
Assist customers with Self-checkout usage and hand scanner for a Fast and Easy checkout experience.
Respond to customer inquiries and self-checkout notifications.
Monitor multiple self-checkouts for proper usage and accurate scanning.
Maintain a neat and clean self-checkout area and present carts.
Follow store procedures and assist in payment processing and voids as needed.
Report any issues to management and adhere to all guidelines.
