Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet each customer and use their name whenever possible.
• Assist customers on how to use Self-checkouts properly including hand scanner.
• Respond timely to customer inquiries and self-checkout system notifications.
• Monitor multiple self-checkouts for proper usage and item scanning accuracy.
• Maintain neat self-checkout area and report issues to management.
• Adhere to all company guidelines and complete CBT/training as required.
• Assist in scanning customer orders and provide payment instructions when needed.
