Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, easy, flexible and friendly service to our customers through the achievement of Food Lion customer service standards
• Greet each customer and use their name whenever possible
• Assist customers with Self-checkouts and hand scanner usage for a Fast and Easy checkout experience
• Monitor self-checkout area and respond to inquiries and notifications
• Maintain a neat and clean self-checkout area and report issues to management
