Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observes self-checkout transactions to identify irregularities or suspicious activities.
• Intervenes to verify scanned items and assist customers with the self-checkout process.
• Reports any incidents of theft, suspicious behavior, or equipment malfunctions to store leadership.
• Keeps self-checkout area clean, orderly, and stocked, including supplies and tools.
