The Winn-Dixie Company is seeking a vigilant Self-Checkout Monitor to protect inventory and ensure accurate scanning at self-checkout stations. You will engage customers, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with leadership to prevent loss while maintaining a positive shopping experience.

In this role you will monitor transactions, intervene when necessary, and support standards for SEG service while keeping the self-checkout area clean, organized, and safe for customers and associates alike.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.

• Protects against inventory losses or fraud at self-checkout lanes by providing exceptional customer service.
• Observes self-checkout transactions to identify irregularities or suspicious activities.
• Ensures customers scan and bag items correctly and verifies accuracy when needed.
• Responds to POS alerts and investigates discrepancies in transactions or scanned items.
• Reports theft, suspicious behavior, or equipment malfunctions to store leadership.
