Job summary

Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA seeks a Front Desk Agent for a full-time role. You will deliver a five-star welcome and departure experience, greeting guests and guiding them to resort amenities while representing upscale service standards.

You will handle check-ins/outs, assist with guest inquiries, set up accounts, and coordinate with Concierge, Bell-Door, and Ideal Services teams to ensure seamless stays.

Qualifications

• Clear and pleasant communication in English with guests and colleagues, in person and by phone.
• Accurate data entry into computer systems.
• Ability to work cohesively with coworkers and handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs per Moments of Service and SOPs.
• Listen attentively to guest inquiries and provide appropriate responses.
• Set up accurate guest accounts with preferences (room type, payment).
• Block rooms in the system and manage designated requirements.
• Pre-register guests and prepare key packets.
• Communicate pertinent guest information to departments and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
