Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and cost/schedule management skills (EVMS).
• US citizen and able to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Functional oversight for a SEIT team across multiple initiatives.
• Lead SEIT process adherence and oversee cost, schedule, and technical quality.
• Staffing, workload forecasting, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Recruiting talent to meet staffing commitments.
• Support MBSE, PLA, and Agile initiatives.
