Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Lead for our Rolling Meadows, IL site. The role oversees the systems engineering effort and directs all related activities to ensure timely, compliant development of core and emerging work products, across hardware, software, and firmware.

Requires a STEM degree with extensive related experience and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.

Qualificações

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Physics or other STEM field with 8+ years of related experience, MS degree in STEM field with 6+ years of related experience, or PhD in STEM field with 4+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of related engineering experience working in an engineering organization at a defense contractor during EMD and/or LRIP phases
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in creating and delivering technical presentations to internal and external leadership
• Experience working collaboratively on complex projects that encompass hardware, software, and firmware
• Experience in development and Earned Value Management (EVM) of cost accounts and schedules
• Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum of a U.S. Government Secret Clearance with additional customer specified clearance prior to start
• U.S. Citizenship required

Responsabilidades

• Owns responsibility for executing the overall systems engineering effort on the program and directs the execution of all systems engineering activities.
• Ensure the integrity of the systems engineering processes and that personnel follow engineering processes to achieve timely, compliant development of core and emerging work products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SEIT activities on site in Rolling Meadows, IL.
