Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a data-driven Product Manager to own the roadmap for SPC-related products, collaborating with global sales and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. You will work with engineers to translate business needs into actionable features and drive end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, planning launches, conducting user tests, and measuring KPI-driven success across AWS Sales Operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience using analytical tools like Tableau/QuickSight for decision making.
• Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global AWS Sales and Sales Operations teams and other System and Application teams across SPC.
• Define and manage product roadmap.
• Capture, document, and communicate business requirements.
• Translate requirements into features and user stories and ensure technical team understanding.
• Manage technical build against business requirements.
• Own project status updates to customers, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Plan and conduct user testing.
• Develop and execute launch plan (communications, training, user resources).
• Drive change management and adoption of solution across AWS Sales and Sales Operations.
• Manage post-launch activities (user support, new feature development).
• Establish KPIs, model performance metrics, and identify analytical gaps.
• Deep dive problems or opportunity areas and propose solutions.
• Generate new ideas to drive improvement, efficiency and automation.
