Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a driven Business Operations Analyst to coordinate between WWPS partners, finance teams, and AWS technical organizations. You will drive scalable operational mechanisms, create strategic narratives, and support cadences to grow in secure government regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating them to actionable insights.
• Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures or policies.

Responsibilities

• Extract raw usage and financial data from databases and data warehouses and perform analytics to produce reports for decision making.
• Develop reporting systems and dashboards with KPIs for senior WWPS leaders to drive business.
• Generate metrics and deliver regular progress reports to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Support customers with analysis, ad-hoc data requests, meetings, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve complex problems.
