Job summary

ABB is seeking a Segment Sales Manager – Defense, Nuclear & Specialty Solutions in a hybrid role in the United States. You will support Motion NEMA Motors Sales Teams, identify early sales opportunities, and build a strong end-user pipeline while maintaining deep domain expertise.

Travel to client sites and industry events will be required. You will collaborate with senior leaders to shape market strategy, engage with customers, and guide regional sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Travel availability 25–50% to support regional and global opportunities.
• Candidates must have work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and strategic planning to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities and build a long-term opportunity pipeline with senior stakeholders.
• Maintain deep domain expertise on customers, regulations, pricing, and ABB offerings to enable sales pursuit.
• Support large project pursuits with strategy, capture teams, and coordination across global teams.
