ABB seeks a high-impact leader to own the global strategy for Pulp & Paper and Metals segments within the NEMA Motor portfolio. You will build and nurture relationships with key influencers, drive cross-division collaboration, and develop market-based strategies to expand revenue, margins and market share across the industrial customer base in the US and globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in Paper/Metals industrial experience.
• Demonstrated sales leadership with ability to secure long-term partnerships.
• Ability to develop and execute growth strategies within OEM segments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global segment strategy to drive growth.
• Build and manage strategic relationships, major account plans, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Own segment revenue, volume, pricing, and portfolio targets and ensure plans are implemented.
• Lead market intelligence and customer engagement to identify trends and needs.
