ABB’s Segment Sales Manager – Defense, Nuclear & Specialty Solutions in Greenville, SC will support Motion NEMA Motors Sales Teams in early-stage opportunities to build a project demand funnel and nurture end-user relationships. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years in the segment in a Technical/Sales Support role.
• Preferred experience includes commissioning or technical specialist roles, and Salesforce proficiency.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% for customer engagements and projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage early-stage sales opportunities to build a project demand funnel.
• Support large pursuits, define sales strategy, and coordinate capture teams across segments.
• Maintain domain expertise on industry trends, regulations, and ABB value in applications.
