nCino, Inc. is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive segment and partner marketing across North America with a focus on ICP, narratives, and campaign strategy. You will guide research, sizing, and competitive analysis to shape GTM plans and pipeline growth.

The role demands leadership, strong writing and presentation skills, and a track record of delivering ROI, content, and campaigns. Based near our HQ in Wilmington, NC, with potential travel to Charlotte or Raleigh and relocation options,

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or comparable field plus 8 years of functional experience and 2 years of management experience
• Experience writing industry reports/ analyses and monitoring industry trends/news
• Experience doing competitor analysis and forming ROI calculators for products

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain ICP frameworks and segment prioritization across North America industry segments
• Own segment-level narratives, positioning, and buyer-journey messaging
• Lead segment research, market opportunity sizing, and industry analyses
• Develop segment-level go-to-market plans and campaign strategy to drive pipeline and market share
• Own partner co-marketing strategy: joint value propositions and campaigns
• Establish and report on segment and partner marketing metrics tied to pipeline and reach
• Develop and maintain partner GTM alignment framework
• Attract, grow, and retain talent and manage budgeting
• Set annual/quarterly goals aligned with Marketing, Sales, Product
• Act as main point of contact for segment and partner marketing requests
• Ensure all materials reflect the nCino brand
• Lead collateral development including segment materials and partner playbooks
• Research banking/subsectors landscape and stay current on trends
