Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in payments, money movement, product strategy, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of consumer, small business, or institutional payment systems and rails.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of money movement journeys across channels and platforms.
• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize money movement processes and service delivery models.
• Collaborate with product owners, operations, and experience teams to align client needs with opportunities.
• Evaluate options with technology teams and support implementation of changes.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to align timelines, milestones, and outcomes.
• Maintain project timelines, manage dependencies, and monitor progress.
