U.S. Bank seeks a Segment Money Movement Product Strategy Lead to drive strategic evolution and optimization of money movement capabilities across customer segments.

The role oversees journeys, platforms, rails, and processes, coordinating initiatives from concept to implementation while focusing on client needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate has deep payments knowledge, strong strategic and analytical skills, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders in a complex regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in payments, money movement, product strategy, product management, operations, consulting, financial services, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of consumer, small business, or institutional payment systems and money movement processes.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of money movement journeys across business lines.
• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize money movement processes and platforms.
• Partner with product owners, operations leaders, and experience teams to align client needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with technology teams to evaluate solutions and support implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
• Establish and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to ensure success of strategic objectives.
• Serve as subject matter expert on money movement capabilities and strategic goals.
