You will oversee journeys, rails, platforms, and processes, aligning stakeholders and leading initiatives from concept through implementation to deliver measurable business impact. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in payments, money movement, or related product roles.
• Deep knowledge of consumer, small business, or institutional payment systems, money movement processes, payment rails, channels, and client journeys.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, transaction flows, and operational considerations related to consumer banking products.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of money movement journeys across customer segments.
• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize money movement processes, technologies, platforms, and service delivery models.
• Partner with product owners, operations leaders, and experience teams to understand client needs and opportunities.
• Work with technology teams to evaluate options and support implementation of change initiatives.
• Facilitate collaboration across lines to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Establish and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and ensure successful execution of strategic objectives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on money movement capabilities and strategic goals.
