Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in payments, money movement, product strategy, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of payment ecosystems, rails, and client journeys.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of money movement journeys across customer segments.
• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize money movement processes and platforms.
• Collaborate with product owners, operations, and experience teams to capture client needs and opportunities.
• Evaluate options with technology teams and support successful implementation of changes.
• Manage timelines, milestones and deliverables for strategic initiatives.
