Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Segment Money Movement Product Strategy Lead to drive the strategic evolution of money movement capabilities across customer segments.

You will align stakeholders, lead initiatives from concept to implementation, and ensure delivery while focusing on client needs and business goals. The role requires deep payments expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to navigate a complex regulatory and technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in payments, money movement, product strategy, product management, operations, consulting, financial services, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of consumer, small business, or institutional payment systems, money movement processes, payment rails, channels, and client journeys.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of money movement journeys, channels, platforms, payment rails, systems, and processes across business lines for a selected customer segment.
• Lead strategic initiatives designed to optimize money movement processes, technologies, platforms, and service delivery models.
• Partner with product owners, operations, and experience teams to understand client needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with technology teams to evaluate solutions and support implementation of change initiatives.
• Facilitate collaboration across business lines to align priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
• Establish and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure delivery of strategic objectives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on money movement capabilities and goals.
