Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Segment Money Movement Product Strategy Lead to drive the strategic evolution of money movement capabilities across consumer, business, or institutional segments.

You will coordinate initiatives from concept through implementation, aligning stakeholders with business objectives and customer needs. You will partner with product owners, operations, and technology teams to evaluate options, manage timelines, and deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in payments, money movement, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of payment systems and rails.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize money movement journeys across channels.
• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize money movement processes, technologies, platforms, and service delivery models.
• Partner with product owners, operations leaders, and experience teams to understand client needs and opportunities.
• Work with technology and platform teams to evaluate options and drive implementation of changes.
• Facilitate collaboration across business lines to align priorities, timelines and deliverables.
• Establish and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on money movement capabilities and strategic goals.
