Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payments, money movement, product strategy, product management, operations, consulting, financial services, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of consumer, small business, or institutional payment systems and money movement processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of money movement journeys, platforms, rails, and processes across a customer segment.
• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize money movement processes, technologies, and service delivery models.
• Collaborate with business line owners, operations and experience teams to align client needs and opportunities.
• Coordinate with tech/platform teams to evaluate options and support implementation of changes.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Set and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Act as SME on money movement capabilities and strategic goals across products and platforms.
