Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
  • Experience leading multi-entity consolidations and close processes.
  • Experience with private equity-backed, high-growth or acquisition-driven environments.
  • M&A integration and ERP systems optimization experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead accounting operations across multiple units and locations.
  • Oversee consolidated month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
  • Direct consolidated financial reporting and GAAP compliance.
  • Partner with executives on financial strategy and policies.
  • Mentor and develop Controllers and accounting leaders.
  • Lead acquisitions integrations: systems, reporting, controls, accounting processes.
  • Drive ERP optimization and continuous process improvements.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to inform decisions.
