• 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities.
• Lead consolidated financial reporting across the portfolio.
• Lead integration of newly acquired businesses into the group's accounting structure and systems.
• Manage and improve multi‑entity consolidation processes.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
• Own the annual audit and tax compliance, coordinating with external advisors.
• Partner with leadership on financial visibility and performance insights.
• Help build and scale accounting processes to support high growth.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within a centralized finance model.
• Oversee accounting for international entities, including currency translation and local statutory compliance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with FP&A, operations, and leadership teams.
