Job summary

Stine Seed Company seeks an Independent Sales Representative to cover Yazoo, Sharkey, and Issaquena counties in Mississippi. The role focuses on serving as the brand ambassador, growing dealer networks, and delivering agronomic support and sales programs.

Successful candidates will have 3+ years in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting grower relationships and meet district sales goals.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agronomy, crop production or seed sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and negotiation skills.
• Experience building and retaining dealer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory (Yazoo, Sharkey, Issaquena counties).
• Develop and maintain agronomic knowledge of Stine seed products and services for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts & recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies within the territory to meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and potential customers.
