Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative for Madison County, MS. This role focuses on building brand presence, expanding customer base, and delivering agronomic knowledge to customers.

You will work with a regional agronomist to support sales in the territory and develop lasting grower relationships. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in agriculture, strong communication skills, and proven dealer development capabilities.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agricultural experience including agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques with strong negotiating skills.
• Demonstrated success in dealer development and retention.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
