Stine Seed Company in Central Ohio is seeking an Independent Sales Representative for the Madison County area. You will serve as the primary ambassador for the Stine brand, managing accounts, growing sales, and delivering agronomic support to growers.

This role offers a profitable earning structure with a monthly draw and flexibility to structure your territory, backed by agronomic and sales support from the company.

Qualificações

• Three+ years of agriculture experience in agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and strong negotiating abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support.
• Build and maintain relationships with growers and potential customers.
