Job summary

Syngenta Seeds Field Crops in the United States is seeking a Golden Harvest Sales Representative in South Dakota to drive growth across East Central SD (Beadle, Hand, Spink Counties). You will recruit, develop and manage a network of professional resellers and deliver consultative selling for our hybrids and solutions.

You will coach Seed Advisors, manage budgets, and develop territory plans to identify must-wins and grow territory sales, with a focus on customer partnerships and sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or equivalent farming background.
• At least 2 years in sales or sales leadership with ability to work independently on a virtual team.
• Strong customer focus with proven sales and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide access to a broad portfolio of hybrids to customers.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of professional resellers.
• Conduct consultative selling with recognized expertise and trust.
• Deliver plans and offers to targeted customers via channel partners.
• Create demand and ensure customers understand and want Syngenta solutions.
• Coach Seed Advisors on product placement to boost satisfaction.
• Manage budget, expenses, and marketing funds within guidelines.
• Develop territory and Seed Advisor business plans with opportunities.
