Syngenta Seeds is seeking a Golden Harvest Sales Representative in Nebraska to drive growth for our hybrids and agronomy solutions across a Central Nebraska territory. You will recruit and coach a network of professional resellers, conduct consultative selling, and deliver targeted plans through partner channels.

You will build customer relationships, manage budgets, and develop territory business plans to identify must-win opportunities and accelerate territory sales growth.

Formación

• 2+ years in sales or sales leadership with the ability to work independently on a virtual team.
• Agricultural sales experience is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and proven sales/negotiation ability.
• Candidate must live in the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide access to a broad portfolio of hybrids.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of professional resellers.
• Conduct consultative selling with customers and build trust.
• Deliver plans and offers to targeted customers via channel partners.
• Create demand and ensure customers are knowledgeable about Syngenta products.
• Coach Seed Advisors on product placement to improve satisfaction.
• Manage district budgets and marketing funds within guidelines.
• Develop territory business and Seed Advisor plans to grow sales.

Territory: Central Nebraska:Counties include Valley, Greely, Sherman, Howard, Buffalo, and Hall, Nebraska

What will you be doing?

• Providing access to the industry’s broadest and most diverse portfolio of hybrids
• Recruiting, developing, and managing your team of professional resellers
• Consultative selling, recognized expertise, and trust with your customers
• Deliver plans and offers to targeted customers through selected channel partners
• Create demand at the customer level, ensuring that the customer is knowledgeable about our products and has further interest in Syngenta solutions
• Coach Seed Advisors on product placement to achieve improved customer satisfaction
• Manage operational budget, variable selling expenses, and marketing funds within district guidelines.
• Develop territory-level business plan and Seed Advisor business plans that identify specific opportunities, must-wins, and tactics to grow territory sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or a degree in a non-Agriculture discipline with a significant farming industry background or commensurate experience
• 2+ years in sales or sales leadership with the ability to work independently on a virtual team, agricultural sales experience preferred
• A strong sense of customer focus and demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
• Candidate must live in the territory
