Job summary

Vylor in Litchfield, IL is hiring a Production Technician to operate process equipment at our on-site facility. You’ll collect data, support maintenance, manage warehousing tasks including forklift driving, and work with automation and ERP systems to keep production efficient.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, is comfortable with technology, can lift 50 lbs, and is safety-minded. Shift work, overtime in peak seasons, and a valid US driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (or willingness to obtain GED).
• Ability to work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with computers and data entry; proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of process equipment.
• Support quality plan requirements and data collection for continuous improvement.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Undertake warehousing tasks including forklift operation.
• Work with automation and ERP systems to execute tasks and record data.
• Assist with field operations and seasonal harvesting activities as needed.
