Job summary

Vylor in Renwick, Iowa is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our on-site seed production team. You will operate process equipment, follow Quality Plans, collect data for improvements, and support preventative maintenance while aiding warehousing and field activities.

Safety is central, and collaboration across teams ensures high-quality output. You will need a High School Diploma or GED with the ability to obtain GED within a year, strong computer skills, and a valid US driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; willingness to obtain GED within one year.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use computers and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment safely and efficiently per Quality Plan work instructions.
• Record and collect data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repair tasks.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operations.
• Participate in safety programs to enhance site safety across the plant.
• Engage in field management activities as needed and coordinate with external partners.
