Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; ability to obtain GED within one year.
• Associates degree welcomed; Lean manufacturing knowledge a plus.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts, nights/days, weekends during peaks.
• Willingness to work on-site at York, NE; valid US driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of process equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow Quality Plan Work Instructions and record data.
• Support preventative maintenance and repair efforts.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift use.
• Contribute to safety programs and site safety initiatives.
• Engage in field-related activities such as scouting and logistics planning.
• Perform harvest-related tasks and data collection as needed.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
