Job summary

Vylor on-site at Corteva facilities seeks a Production Operator to support seed production operations, operating process equipment, following quality plans, and assisting with warehousing, field, and harvest activities. Safety is central and you’ll help lead site safety initiatives.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, comfort with computers (Outlook, Excel, Word), and the ability to work rotating shifts including weekends. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Run process equipment following safety policies.
• Ensure Quality Plan Work Instructions compliance.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventive maintenance and general repairs.
• Lead or support site safety programs to enhance safety.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Use automation and computerized systems (HMI, computers, iPads).
• Assist with field management activities and harvest-related tasks.
