You will operate process equipment, follow Quality Plan instructions, collect data, support preventive maintenance, and participate in warehousing, field, and harvest activities.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; willing to obtain GED within one year of hire.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays during seasonal peaks.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Legally able to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Operate a variety of process equipment while following safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Plan Work Instructions and requirements.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventive maintenance and general repair efforts.
• Lead or support a defined safety program to enhance site safety.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Use automation and computerized systems (HMI, computers, iPads) to perform tasks.
• Potential to perform field management activities such as scouting and field maintenance.
