Vylor Inc. is seeking a Production Associate at the Renwick, Iowa site to support seed production operations. You will operate process equipment, follow quality plans, and use automated systems to drive safe, efficient production.

You will collect data for continuous improvement, assist with maintenance, and participate in warehousing and harvest activities. Strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and ability to obtain GED within one year of hire.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays during peak season.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort with computers and basic MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Legal ability to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Operate process equipment safely according to policies and quality plans.
• Record data for production records and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Support safety programs across the site.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift use.
• Perform field-related tasks and manage field/partner relationships as needed.
• Support harvest activities and related processes.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
