Iowa Ag in Johnston, IA is seeking a Seed Operations Training Analyst as part of the Seed Operations Development Program. The role focuses on creating technical training materials, delivering and sustaining global programs, and measuring learning impact.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in an agriculture-related field, strong communication, and willingness to travel. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities within Seed Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed by start date in agricultural-related field.
• 0–2 years of experience creating presentations, training materials, or related resources.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, build relationships, and influence work without direct authority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to learn seed-production and work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, LMS, or content-authoring tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Training-content development: create clear, engaging training materials and job aids.
• Training implementation and sustainment: support global training program launches and improvements.
• Learning measurement: analyze participation, completion, and effectiveness data to identify gaps.
• Project and stakeholder coordination: manage plans, timelines, and communications with partners.
• Talent-program support: assist with early-career programs, onboarding, and development initiatives.
• Business exposure: collaborate across Seed Operations to understand cross-functional priorities.
• Project ownership: oversee improvement projects and present findings to leaders.
