Job summary

Vylor, Inc. seeks an early-career Seed Operations Training Analyst for the Seed Operations Development Program (SODP) in Johnston, IA. This two-year program blends full-time work with structured development, global learning, and hands-on projects in seed operations.

You will create technical learning resources, implement global training initiatives, and collaborate with experts and partners to deliver measurable results and accelerate your career in seed production and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed by start date in agricultural education, agronomy, agricultural business, agricultural communications, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience creating presentations, training materials, or learning resources.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Willingness to learn seed-production and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Training-content development: partner with SMEs to assess learning needs and create clear, accurate training materials.
• Training implementation and sustainment: support launch, communication, delivery, tracking, and continual improvement of global programs.
• Learning measurement: gather feedback and analyze participation and effectiveness data.
• Project and stakeholder coordination: manage plans, timelines, and communications across teams.
• Talent-program support: assist early-career programming, onboarding, and development activities.
• Business exposure and project ownership: participate across Global Seed Operations and own improvement projects.
