Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Training Analyst for the Seed Operations Development Program in Johnston, Iowa. You’ll create technical training resources, support global initiatives, and help drive end-to-end learning experiences within Global Seed Operations.

The role offers structured development, project ownership, and exposure to production, supply chain, quality, and engineering functions. Start dates are January or June 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed by start date in related fields.
• Zero to two years creating presentations, training materials, or educational content.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence work without authority.
• Willingness to learn seed-production business and work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop training content and materials with subject-matter experts.
• Support global training programs, tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Measure learning outcomes and analyze participation data.
• Coordinate projects and communications with stakeholders worldwide.
