Job summary

Vylor is seeking an early-career Seed Operations Training Analyst to join the Seed Operations Development Program in Johnston, Iowa. This full-time role blends hands-on training with structured development across Global Seed Operations.

You will design and implement training materials, support program delivery, and analyze learning outcomes while collaborating with global partners and technical experts to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed by start date in agricultural or related field
• Zero to two years creating presentations or training materials
• Strong written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication
• Strong organization, analytical thinking, and project-management skills
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence work without direct authority
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Willingness to learn seed-production business and work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop training content with subject-matter experts
• Support launch and sustainment of global training programs
• Collect feedback and measure training effectiveness and gaps
• Coordinate projects and communications with stakeholders
• Support Talent Enrichment activities and onboarding processes
• Gain business exposure across Global Seed Operations
• Own improvement projects and present findings to leaders
