Vylor, Johnston, Iowa, seeks a graduating senior to join the Seed Operations Development Program as a Continuous Improvement Program Specialist. This two‑year development role offers exposure to supply chain, governance, analytics, and business transformation within Global Seed Operations.

You will partner with regional and global teams to drive initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role builds skills in analytics, project management, and cross‑functional leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed in one of the listed areas or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership through internships, student orgs, athletics, volunteer work, or projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with clear communication.

Responsibilities
