This role blends technical agronomy with market insight, working with sales, agronomy, product, and commercial teams to evaluate product performance, conduct field trials, and deliver data‑driven recommendations that improve outcomes and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in agronomy, seed, crop inputs, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of agronomic principles and seed positioning.
• Ability to analyze field and market data and translate to recommendations.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the Southern Region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized seed strategies for performance and adoption.
• Design and analyze field trials, demonstrations, and on-farm evaluations.
• Provide technical support and data-driven seed recommendations with teams.
• Use field results and market intel to improve product placement.
• Communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support commercial team with agronomic training and expertise.
• Contribute to portfolio evaluation and growth strategies.
