Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking a Seed Account Manager to manage a national retailer across the Eastern US region (IL, IN, WI, MI, OH, Northeast).

You will own the account relationships, negotiate long-term and annual business items, and work closely with Vylor leadership to drive growth for the Brevant seed brand. This role requires a strong seed background, 10+ years in sales with leadership experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field is required.
• 10+ years of relevant sales experience with progression into leadership.
• Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the account relationships and represent the account to Vylor leadership.
• Lead long-term vision and annual strategic planning with the Brevant seed brand within the account.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive account growth and profitability.
• Forecast sales and manage program reconciliations and investments.
• Coordinate with seed licensing and marketing teams for joint initiatives.
