Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
• Professional engineering (PE) license.
• 7 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate feasibility of sediment remediation technologies and design sediment remediation for riverine, coastal, riparian/floodplain, and port sites.
• Understand sediment transport, site assessment, sampling/monitoring, cap modeling, dredge approaches, remedial design and construction.
• Support mathematical/statistical evaluations of environmental data sets.
• Serve as task manager on sediment sites, communicating technical strategy to clients and coordinating SMEs.
• Lead staff in preparing technical information to ensure regulatory compliance and sound documents.
